Once we had a clean frame, it was time to seal it back up again to prevent any new rust from occuring once back on the road. We decided on an epoxy primer and 2K ceramic satin black chassis paint.
Over the past couple of weeks, we spent most of the time cleaning the frame down to bare bones and bare metal. All of the suspension components were removed to be media blasted and powder coated, while the frame itself got degreased, scraped and wire wheeled of anything that did not belong on it.
